Libya’s Airports Authority reported last Wednesday (15 April) that a specialized committee from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) visited Mitiga International Airport to determine the extent of compliance with ICAO’s international standards and recommended practices(SARPs).
The tour included a review of technical systems, an audit of aviation security and safety procedures, in addition to an evaluation of the efficiency of ground services.
