KUWAIT CITY, Aug 23: A 24-year-old expatriate, currently in a deportation center has been referred to the appropriate authorities on charges of smuggling equipment and damaging public property.
According to a security source, the administration at the Sulaibiya deportation center reported damage to water pipes in one of the department’s bathrooms to the relevant police station. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the expatriate had deliberately punctured the water pipes to conceal a mobile phone in his possession.
